Though there are many channels that drive donations, and many stories that are told through them, most donors know that SHC helps kids, but aren't necessarily aware about all the ways the hospital network helps children at no cost.
The new donor welcome series serves to introduce the hospital and its mission through a set of 4 emails that are built around the non-profit's core values and how they relate to the hospital's patients and their well-being.
